Well, I am hoping that Spring has finally sprung. Caleb and I planted beets, cabbage, and swiss chard. We are growing these for micro greens. They are one of the new trendy foods. They take about 2 weeks from sowing until picking.
Markets start in 12 days. May 2nd is coming soon. I hope to see everyone at the Boyne City Farmer's Market.
